The SIMRIG SR1 is the first motion system of SIMRIG. Since 2018 it has sold to all corners of the world. All units are designed, built, and tested by SIMRIG in Sweden.

The SIMRIG SR1 is developed for maximum immersion and ease of use. With it's small footprint it mounts to your existing aluminium extrusion rig. The electronics control unit is small enough to mount under your seat. It connects directly to your computer through USB. The power supply operates on 100-240 V mains.

The system features three degrees of freedom (3-DOF): pitch, roll, and heave. With pitch and roll the system can simulate acceleration, braking, and turning. It can also follow the track geometry; for example by pitching forwards while driving downhill. With heave the system can push the rig upwards when hitting curbs and bumps in the road.

The SIMRIG SR1 is accompanied by SIMRIG Control Center. This software control the motion system by interpreting the position and acceleration of the simulated vehicle. It supports all major simulation titles.

Mounting Options
SIMRIG SR1 is compatible with aluminum rigs built using 60x20, 40x40, and 80x40 mm aluminum extrusions. Other sizes are available on request.

Maximum Load
For best performance, longevity, and user experience, the maximum load is set to 175 kg. The maximum load includes the rig, the driver, other peripherals, and additional weight actuated by the SIMRIG SR1 motion system.

The SIMRIG SR2 is the best selling motion system of SIMRIG. Equipped with industrial grade motors, a powerfull ECU, and a beefy power supply, the SIMRIG SR2 is professional grade equipment. All units are designed, built, and tested by SIMRIG in Sweden.

The SIMRIG SR2 can actuate a total load of 225 kg. This is 50 kg more than the SR1.

Though powerful and accurate its footprint is small. The actuators mount directly to your rig. The ECU easily fits under your seat. The power supply is fanless and can be tucked away next to your computer. The SIMRIG SR2 will enhance your rig without increasing its size too much.

The motion system is accompanied by SIMRIG Control Center without any extra cost or subscription fees. The software is interpreting the motion of the simulated vehicle and use that data to move your rig accordingly. It supports all major simulation titles.

Installation is plug-and-play. Attach the actuators, ECU, power supply, and emergency stop. Connect a few cables. Install the software. Then you are ready!

MOUNTING
The SIMRIG SR2 is compatible with aluminum rigs built using 80x40, 120x40, and 160x40 mm aluminum extrusions. Other sizes are available on request.

The choice is yours between two different mounting systems. Choose either 20x20 mm aluminum profiles or EasyBrackets. These and four four plastic brackets are required to attach the SIMRIG SR2 to an aluminum rig. Everything you need is included.

The plastic brackets are specifically designed to attach to either 80x40, 100x40, 120x40, or 160x40 mm rigs. These rigs differ in height and therefore require a matching bracket. Brackets for your chosen rig are included in the box.

PERFORMANCE
The SIMRIG SR2 is powered by a 750 W power supply -- more than enough power to react quickly to motion commands. This power supply attaches to your wall socket using a standard power cord.

The system latency is negligible at only 7 milliseconds. We have optimized the software to make sure motion queues are on-time every time.

The maximum load is set to 225 kg for best performance and longevity. The maximum load includes the rig, the driver, peripherals, and additional weight actuated by the SIMRIG SR2 motion system. This is 50 kg more than the SIMRIG SR1.

Even with heavy 160x40 mm rigs (that weigh 65 kg) the SIMRIG SR2 can accommodate a driver, a seat, and peripherals that weigh up to 160 kg while still keeping the weight below the 225 kg limit.

Der SIMRIG SR3 ist das Ergebnis kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen und Kundenfeedback. Fünf Jahre hat es gedauert, den SIMRIG SR3 zu entwickeln. Alles, was wir im Laufe der Jahre durch die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Nutzung unserer Produkte gelernt haben, findet sich im SIMRIG SR3 wieder. Viele seiner besten Designmerkmale wurden auch in den SIMRIG SR1 und SR2 übernommen.

Was den SIMRIG SR3 auszeichnet, ist seine Fähigkeit, eine erhebliche Belastung zu bewältigen. Als Reaktion auf die Nachfrage der Community nach einem System, das schwerere Aufbauten unterstützen kann, verfügt der SIMRIG SR3 über eine Gesamtbelastbarkeit von 250 kg. Diese bedeutende Verbesserung eröffnet den Nutzern neue Möglichkeiten, ihre Rigs mit schwereren Sitzen, zusätzlichen Peripheriegeräten und vielem mehr anzupassen, ohne dabei Kompromisse bei der Leistung eingehen zu müssen.

Die Installation des SIMRIG SR3 ist ein unkomplizierter Plug-and-Play-Vorgang, der Ihnen mit minimalen Ausfallzeiten einen schnellen Start ermöglicht. Das Paket enthält alles, was für eine vollständige Einrichtung erforderlich ist: Aktuatoren, die ECU, ein Netzteil sowie alle notwendigen Kabel und Hardware. Außerdem ist die SIMRIG Control Center-Software enthalten, über deren Schnittstelle Benutzer ihr Bewegungsfeedback an die individuellen Eigenschaften jedes Fahrzeugs in allen gängigen Simulationsspielen anpassen können.

MONTAGE

Der SIMRIG SR3 ist mit den meisten Aluminium-Extrusionsgestellen kompatibel. Wir bieten Standardlösungen für die gängigsten Größen: 40 x 40, 80 x 40, 120 x 40, 160 x 40 mm und andere. Weitere Größen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Mit der Einführung des SIMRIG SR3 fügen wir auch ein neues Befestigungssystem hinzu: die EasyBracket. Es ist nun möglich, die Aktuatoren direkt an den Seiten eines Aluminium-Extrusionsgestells zu befestigen. Die EasyBracket ist bereits am Aktuator vorinstalliert, was eine einfache und schnelle Installation ermöglicht.

Alle Aktuatorenkabel sind nun schwarz, sodass sie sich leichter unter dem Gestell verstecken lassen.

LEISTUNG

Das Herzstück des SIMRIG SR3 bilden Motoren in Industriequalität, die für Robustheit und Langlebigkeit sorgen. Das System kann bis zu 250 kg bewegen. Dazu gehören das Rig, der Fahrer und die Peripheriegeräte. Die erforderliche Leistung wird nahtlos von einem lüfterlosen 1000-W-Netzteil geliefert, das an eine normale Haushaltssteckdose angeschlossen wird.

Trotz seiner leistungsstarken Performance hat der SIMRIG SR3 eine kompakte Stellfläche. Die Aktuatoren sind so konzipiert, dass sie direkt an Ihrem Rig befestigt werden können, während die ECU kompakt genug ist, um ordentlich unter Ihrem Sitz Platz zu finden. Das Netzteil kann bequem neben Ihrem Computer platziert werden, sodass der SIMRIG SR3 Ihr Renn-Setup verbessert, ohne Ihren Platz zu beanspruchen.

Beim SIMRIG SR3 geht es nicht nur um reine Leistung, sondern auch um die Verbesserung des Benutzererlebnisses. Es wird mit der SIMRIG Control Center-Software geliefert, die für die Beseitigung unnötiger Latenzzeiten optimiert ist. Die Systemlatenz ist mit nur 7 Millisekunden vernachlässigbar.
