The 2nd Gen. CONSPIT hydraulic system with dual-stage cylinders

The dual-stage hydraulic cylinder design provides a two-stage pedal feel, simulating the actual working state of wheel cylinder pistons in a real car's braking system, to deliver a more precise braking experience. The preload force of the front and rear stages can be independently adjusted, allowing drivers to personalize and fine-tune the system according to their individual preferences.

When the brake pedal is pressed, hydraulic fluid flows through the damping holes into the elastomer cylinder, pushing the piston. Initially, the softer front-stage elastomer is compressed, creating a softer initial pedal feel. As the piston continues to move, both the front and rear elastomers are compressed simultaneously, resulting in a firmer pedal feel in the later stage.

20Mpa high-precision hydraulic sensor
The CONSPIT 2nd Gen. hydraulic system is equipped with a 20Mpa high-precision hydraulic sensor, capable of detecting even the slightest changes in brake pressure and translating them into subtle adjustments in braking performance. The sensor's wide range ensures that professional sim racers can fully leverage this system to achieve the most realistic racing dynamics.

CONSPIT's deep expertise in sim-racing hydraulic brake systems is one again on full display. The second-generation hydraulic system features a completely redesigned internal layout, with enhanced sealing and durability, along with carefully selected materials. These improvements result in superior high-pressure endurance, ensuring stable performance even in the most demanding racing environments.

Ergonomic adjustment

Pedal feel adjustment
Throttle: four levels of step-wise quick adjustment for pedal force, decoupled adjustment of pedal travel and spring preload.
Brake: four levels of step-wise quick adjustment for pedal force, independent adjustment of preload for the front and rear stages.
Clutch: Adjustable spring preload with four levels of bite point feel adjustment.

Race-grade full CNC aluminum alloy
CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, with a fine sandblasted and anodized finish that provides a durable and robust coating.
