SIMRIG SR1
The SIMRIG SR1 is the first motion system of SIMRIG. Since 2018 it has sold to all corners of the world. All units are designed, built, and tested by SIMRIG in Sweden.
The SIMRIG SR1 is developed for maximum immersion and ease of use. With it's small footprint it mounts to your existing aluminium extrusion rig. The electronics control unit is small enough to mount under your seat. It connects directly to your computer through USB. The power supply operates on 100-240 V mains.
The system features three degrees of freedom (3-DOF): pitch, roll, and heave. With pitch and roll the system can simulate acceleration, braking, and turning. It can also follow the track geometry; for example by pitching forwards while driving downhill. With heave the system can push the rig upwards when hitting curbs and bumps in the road.
The SIMRIG SR1 is accompanied by SIMRIG Control Center. This software control the motion system by interpreting the position and acceleration of the simulated vehicle. It supports all major simulation titles.
Mounting Options
SIMRIG SR1 is compatible with aluminum rigs built using 60x20, 40x40, and 80x40 mm aluminum extrusions. Other sizes are available on request.
Maximum Load
For best performance, longevity, and user experience, the maximum load is set to 175 kg. The maximum load includes the rig, the driver, other peripherals, and additional weight actuated by the SIMRIG SR1 motion system.

SIMRIG SR2
The SIMRIG SR2 is the best selling motion system of SIMRIG. Equipped with industrial grade motors, a powerfull ECU, and a beefy power supply, the SIMRIG SR2 is professional grade equipment. All units are designed, built, and tested by SIMRIG in Sweden.
The SIMRIG SR2 can actuate a total load of 225 kg. This is 50 kg more than the SR1.
Though powerful and accurate its footprint is small. The actuators mount directly to your rig. The ECU easily fits under your seat. The power supply is fanless and can be tucked away next to your computer. The SIMRIG SR2 will enhance your rig without increasing its size too much.
The motion system is accompanied by SIMRIG Control Center without any extra cost or subscription fees. The software is interpreting the motion of the simulated vehicle and use that data to move your rig accordingly. It supports all major simulation titles.
Installation is plug-and-play. Attach the actuators, ECU, power supply, and emergency stop. Connect a few cables. Install the software. Then you are ready!
MOUNTING
The SIMRIG SR2 is compatible with aluminum rigs built using 80x40, 120x40, and 160x40 mm aluminum extrusions. Other sizes are available on request.
The choice is yours between two different mounting systems. Choose either 20x20 mm aluminum profiles or EasyBrackets. These and four four plastic brackets are required to attach the SIMRIG SR2 to an aluminum rig. Everything you need is included.
The plastic brackets are specifically designed to attach to either 80x40, 100x40, 120x40, or 160x40 mm rigs. These rigs differ in height and therefore require a matching bracket. Brackets for your chosen rig are included in the box.
PERFORMANCE
The SIMRIG SR2 is powered by a 750 W power supply -- more than enough power to react quickly to motion commands. This power supply attaches to your wall socket using a standard power cord.
The system latency is negligible at only 7 milliseconds. We have optimized the software to make sure motion queues are on-time every time.
The maximum load is set to 225 kg for best performance and longevity. The maximum load includes the rig, the driver, peripherals, and additional weight actuated by the SIMRIG SR2 motion system. This is 50 kg more than the SIMRIG SR1.
Even with heavy 160x40 mm rigs (that weigh 65 kg) the SIMRIG SR2 can accommodate a driver, a seat, and peripherals that weigh up to 160 kg while still keeping the weight below the 225 kg limit.

SIMRIG SR3
The SIMRIG SR3 has come to life by the means of continuous improvement and customer feedback. Five years, that's how long it has taken to design the SIMRIG SR3. All that we learned over the years by designing, manufacturing, and using our products is represented in the SIMRIG SR3. Many of it's very best design features have been carried back to the SIMRIG SR1 and SR2.
What sets the SIMRIG SR3 apart is its ability to handle a substantial load capacity. Responding to the community's request for a system that can support heavier setups, the SIMRIG SR3 boasts a total load capacity of 250 kg. This significant improvement opens up new possibilities for users to customize their rigs with heavier seats, additional peripherals, and more, without compromising on performance.
Installation of the SIMRIG SR3 is a straightforward, plug-and-play process, designed to get you up and racing with minimal downtime. The package includes everything needed for a complete setup: actuators, the ECU, a power supply, and all necessary cables and hardware. It also comes with the SIMRIG Control Center software, which is the interface through which users can customize their motion feedback to match each vehicle's unique characteristics across all major simulation titles.
MOUNTING
The SIMRIG SR3 is compatible with most aluminium extrusion rigs. We provide off-the-shelf solutions for the most common sizes: 40x40, 80x40, 120x40, 160x40 mm, and others. More sizes are available on request.
With the introduction of the SIMRIG SR3 we are also adding a new mounting system: the EasyBracket. It is now possible to mount the actuators directly to the sides of an aluminium extrusion rig. The EasyBracket comes pre-attached to the actuator, allowing for easy and quick installation.
All actuator cables are now black, making them easier to hide under the rig.
PERFORMANCE
At its core, the SIMRIG SR3 is powered by industrial-grade motors, ensuring robustness and longevity. The system can actuate up to 250 kg. This includes the rig, the driver, and peripherals. The necessary power is seamlessly supplied by a fan-less 1000 W power supply; that connects to a normal household wall socket.
Despite its powerful performance, the SIMRIG SR3 maintains a compact footprint. The actuators are designed to attach directly to your rig, while the ECU is compact enough to fit neatly under your seat. The power supply can be conveniently placed next to your computer, ensuring that the SIMRIG SR3 enhances your racing setup without imposing on your space.
